We are a Black Owned Small Business Solutions Center created in 2024 by Father and Son. We specialize in helping those previously incarcerated as well as the general public, who wish to build and grow small businesses in minority communities. We offer structure, as well as step by step guidance. All while providing the necessary resources and tools to succeed, not just in business, but life. Anthony P. and Cleophus M. Smith, experienced several obstacles and challenges during their expedition of becoming Entrepreneurs and financially independent black men. Whether it was navigating through the business world as an EX-Con, or the simple realization of growing up in a minority household, everyday survival is hard enough. More often than not, wealth management or how to obtain it, is not taught and often seems beyond reach. Not only have they navigated these obstacles together, but they've also created an organization that will help make the process easier for others to succeed.
